Greenbar is an operational intelligence platform for Scout leaders. A calm, data-literate command center that helps adult leaders coach youth leadership so troops stay truly youth-led and no scout stalls quietly.
Built for scoutmasters who believe in the Patrol Method, outdoor program, and advancement-as-journey. Greenbar surfaces the signals that matter: attendance patterns, advancement velocity, engagement indicators, and coaching opportunities. No dashboard drama — just clarity.

AiDE
Intelligence layer for operations.
AiDE is an intelligence layer born in Cooper to power operational awareness across Smith entities. Originally built for Smith & Porter's care coordination needs, AiDE provides contextual insights that help teams understand what's happening and what matters.
Unlike external-facing products, AiDE took the "Entity Integration" graduation path — it became core infrastructure for Porter rather than a standalone product. The technology continues to evolve as Smith's operational backbone.
